From my first introduction, through the days as a customer, and then ultimately a member of my team, she has been a great advocate for the resilience profession. Her passion and knowledge come together to create realistic solutions that meet the needs of those she advises. Jamie possesses excellent interpersonal skills that allow her to create strong relationships, both internal and external. No matter what is asked of Jamie, she finds a way to apply her knowledge, collaboration and work ethic to find the best solution possible!— Former boss + industry leaderWe worked together to build out our corporate Disaster Recovery Standard and the supporting tactical documentation for the performers. Jamie’s knowledge of industry best practices, along with her detailed knowledge on how systems work, made her an extremely valuable resource in ensuring that we had a well-designed approach to identify and mitigate risks within our program. She was instrumental in driving our existing testing agenda to the next level, especially regarding live failovers, while minimizing risk to our customers. Jamie was well liked and respected by her peers on both the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Teams, and had a great working relationship with the support teams responsible for executing recovery testing. I highly recommend her, and would work with her again if I had the chance! — Former Co-Worker
